Could somebody please tell me where some decent bars are in Suwon? I live in Hwaseo Dong and there is nothing around here. Any suggestions would be great. Also if you could tell me how to get there that would be great.
Thanks in advance. |

| Just go one station south to Suwon Station. There are more places around there. There's also a smaller area one stop north near Sungkyunkwan University. And of course Seoul really isn't that far away. |

I also live in that area, well about a 10 min walk from the station, there is a the "WA Bar" the otherside of Mansok Park, that usually has some foreigners in. True there are plenty of bars around Suwon st. but I find them loud, from music, whilst being empty of people and way overpriced beers.
There is largeish contingent of expats in Youngtong, it is a little way to go mind. |

| I just moved to an area close to Kyonggi University. Is there any expat hangouts around here ? |
