I'm bored and broke, so post news stories here about the sickos, wierdos, psychos and depraved for your own (and my) sick amusement or just to make yourself feel like a normal functioning member of the human race.
DO NOT READ if you are easily offended:

'Deviant saliva fetish' led to attack, court told
12:45PM Monday July 30, 2007
A man's "deviant sexual arousal" to saliva from young girls was behind a premeditated attack on an 11-year-old, Christchurch District Court was told today.
Jared Paul Simmonds, 28, a Blenheim vineyard worker, was jailed today for two years and eight months after earlier pleading guilty to doing an indecent act with the girl in the grounds of a Christchurch school last February 6.
He had denied a more serious charge of detaining the girl for sex, and after submissions from his lawyer Stephen Hembrow and the Crown, Judge Murray Abbott discharged him on that count under Section 347 of the Crimes Act.
Simmonds was convicted in 2005 for obtaining spittle from young girls that he planned to use for masturbation -- circumstances similar to the offending in February, the court was told today.
Referring to psychiatric reports, Judge Abbott told Simmonds it was of "serious concern" that he targeted pre-pubescent girls because he was unable to relate to females of his own age.
Simmonds' "deviant sexual arousal to saliva could be regarded as a fetish," he said.
It was "of real concern" that Simmonds found it easier to relate to children rather than adults.
Judge Abbott said Simmonds had four convictions where he had asked for or obtained spittle from young girls.
The court was told that on Last Waitangi Day this year, Simmonds stopped off in Christchurch on his way back to Blenheim from Invercargill. He'd intended to find a young girl he could get spittle from which he would use to masturbate.
Judge Abbott noted Simmonds' significant premeditation in carrying chewing gum and plastic cups to support his story that he was conducting a survey.
Simmonds had promised the 11-year-old money to co-operate with the "survey" and told her the saliva would be analysed at Christchurch Polytechnic.
He'd met her as she was taking a short-cut through the school grounds. But events turned sinister when he asked the girl if he could be her boyfriend.
When she answered in the negative, Simmonds had foot-tripped her, lay on top of her, kissing her around her neck and cheeks, then held his hand over her mouth while he simulated sex with the girl.
The school principal, who told a depositions hearing she had observed the "unlikely pairing" when she noticed them in the playground, yelled out when she saw Simmonds on top of the girl. She managed to break free and run home.
When police interviewed Simmonds in Blenheim four days later, they found in his bedroom a newspaper clipping reporting the incident.
Judge Abbott said he believed Simmonds became a police suspect because of his similar earlier offending.
He told Simmonds he had a number of "bizarre thinking processes" that would have to be addressed before he could live safely in the community.
Simmonds' frank admissions to police, a probation officer and a psychologist gave "some hope" he may end his offending.
Judge Abbott told Simmonds that he wouldn't impose a minimum non-parole period. But he warned he was "on notice" for any further offending.

Darkhorse, I preferred it when you put up the empowering inspiring story of Apiata.
When I read the papers of NZ and the number 1 story day after day is another horrific case of abuse, I feel so heartbroken and disappointed. I know that crimes against children are internationally epidemic, it's just awful to read of such things so common in my home country. Sweet children - and the adult community, charged by nature with the responsiblility of caring for them, time after time lets them down so dreadfully.
My solution? Lobotomies. |

It's a pity there aren't so many inspiring stories to post.
As for the latest episode of child abuse, my solution:
execution via bullet to the back of the neck |

What did you spend you money on? Anything interesting? If I had a few bucks spare right now, I'd buy a new laptop for work or a holiday somewhere tropical with white sand, palm trees and little umbrellas in the drinks.

Mum exposes herself to school kids
A mother dropping off her child's lunch at school has exposed herself to high school students in Adelaide's south, police say.
The 28-year-old mother became involved in a "heated exchange" with the students at a neighbouring southern Adelaide school to her child's school yesterday, police say.
A police spokeswoman said the confrontation "escalated to her allegedly exposing herself to the students and then fighting with another".
The woman will appear in court next month on charges of disorderly behaviour and fighting in a public place.

Drunk astronauts allowed to fly - report
A panel has found that astronauts were allowed to fly on at least two occasions despite warnings they were so drunk they posed a flight risk, Aviation Week has reported on its website.
The publication said the panel set up by NASA to study astronaut health issues reported "heavy use of alcohol" within 12 hours of launch.
It said flight surgeons and other astronauts warned that the drunken astronauts posed a flight risk when they flew on the two known occasions.
The panel, established after the arrest of astronaut Lisa Nowak in February on assault charges, also apparently does not deal directly with Nowak or mention any other astronaut by name, Aviation Week said.
A spokeswoman at Houston's Johnson Space Center, where the astronaut corps is based, would not comment but the US space agency said it would release the findings of "two reviews regarding astronaut medical and behavioral health assessments" at a press conference on Friday in Washington.
NASA Administrator Michael Griffin ordered the reviews after Nowak, who flew on a shuttle mission last year, was arrested on Feb. 5 in Orlando, Florida on charges she assaulted a woman she viewed as a romantic rival for another astronaut.
Nowak, supposedly wearing diapers so she would not have to stop, drove all night from Houston to Orlando to confront the woman, Air Force Captain Colleen Shipman, as she arrived at the Orlando airport.

Maid in Hong Kong jailed for serving up urine
An Indonesian maid has been jailed for six days in Hong Kong for serving her boss a cup of water containing urine, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to a charge of "administering poison or other destructive or noxious substance with intent to injure", but insisted she had used the urine to treat a skin condition and its appearance in her employer's cup was a mistake.
Her boss, Szeto Ching-han, smelled the urine after asking for a cup of water, and then asked the maid to drink it – which she did. Szeto, however, kept the liquid to have it tested in a lab, the South China Morning Post said.
The defence argued that the maid's employer had not drunk the urine and the substance was not poisonous.
"The only contact the former employer had with the so-called poisonous mixture was the smell," her lawyer was quoted as telling the court.
The magistrate who heard the case said there was no evidence that the maid had suffered any harm after drinking from the cup, but still gave the maid a six-day jail sentence, saying the court "must send a message to the public".
Maids from the Philippines, Indonesia and Sri Lanka are often the subject of court cases in richer neighbours such as Hong Kong and Singapore, but usually as the victims of rape or other abuse by their employers.

Lovemaking hedgehogs disturb the peace
German police called to investigate unusual noises in the garden of a Bremen house late on Monday were surprised to find that a pair of amorous hedgehogs were to blame.
After illuminating the garden with spotlights, officers discovered the animals making love beside the pond.
"The pair were loudly engaged in ensuring the continuity of their species," said Bremen police spokesman Ronald Walther.
"All those spectators did not worry them in the least, indeed they even intensified their activities, so the officers turned off the lights," he added.
The hedgehog breeding season runs from April to September and their lovemaking is typically accompanied by very loud puffing and snorting, usually by the female as she tries to ward off the male.

Bumbling thieves steal bag of bread rolls
Two bumbling robbers have pleaded guilty in Melbourne to an April Fools Day heist that yielded a bag of bread rolls and in which one crook shot the other.
Former couple Benjamin Jorgensen, 37, and Donna Hayes, 36, hoped to net $30,000 when they set out on April 1 this year to rob the Cuckoo Restaurant, in Melbourne's outer east.
The pair struck as the manager left the restaurant about midnight carrying a plastic bag.
Jorgensen pointed a loaded, sawnoff shotgun at the manager and demanded he hand over the bag, police told the Melbourne Magistrates' Court.
But as Hayes ran up to Jorgensen from behind, he accidentally fired his gun and shot her in the left hip.
The bandits escaped with what they believed was a bag of money, but which in fact contained $5 worth of bread rolls.
The robbery was planned after Hayes was tipped off that the manager of the restaurant would have at least $30,000 in a plastic bag at the end of the shift.
The pair – who have two children together – today pleaded guilty to one count of armed robbery and Jorgensen also pleaded guilty to negligently causing injury.
After the robbery Jorgensen drove Hayes home and then a friend drove her to the hospital where she was arrested.
Jorgensen was charged the following day at his home.
The pair appeared in court by video-link from prison and Magistrate Peter Reardon further remanded them in custody for a plea hearing at the Victorian County Court in November.

Hey big spender, $210,000 drinks bill
A Middle Eastern businessman spent over $210,000 ($NZ264,018) in a five-hour, champagne- and vodka-fuelled spending spree in a London nightclub at the weekend.
Fraser Donaldson, a representative of Crystal, a club favoured by Prince Harry, said in 20 years working in the industry it was the biggest bill he'd seen from one customer.
The unnamed big spender entered Crystal at midnight on Saturday with friends – nine women and eight men – and ordered a $50 bottle of white wine, a spokesman for the club said.
But before long he was ordering magnums of Dom Perignon at $1400 each and then called for a Methuselah – eight bottles in one – of Cristal Champagne at $60,000 and the party spread.
The festivities ended with a "night cap" consisting of a Methuselah of Belvedere vodka, which cost $2800. "He basically just said, 'keep the drinks flowing,"' the club spokesman said.
When the party left at 5am, the bill was 81,471.50 ($NZ211,011.39), which with tax and service added amounted to 105,805.28. It included the cost of six Coca-Colas. |

Speaking of necrophilia...
I have no idea. He started the thread and posted a reply basically confirming my story, that he wanted to start a fight, and then disappeared. He was probably scared off at the lack of people taking him seriously.
I mentioned to my other friends who were with me that night and they were both very amused. They both said he's free to come back to the park any time he wants for a rematch. Myself, I don't care because the statute of limitations has surely passed by now. If he does show up he'll have to wear a nun costume or nobody will remember him. |

Attempting 'carnally know' young children and animals...

Man appears on bestiality and child sex charges
NZPA | Thursday, 19 July 2007
A Napier man has appeared in court charged with sex offences involving children of both genders, as well as a dog, a cow, a pig and a horse.
The man entered no pleas in Napier District Court yesterday to 17 charges, alleging offences as long ago as 1954, when he was a young teenager, and continuing until as recently as 1990.
The charges allege rape and other indecencies with young girls, buggery with a cow, bestiality with a pig, an indecent act with a mare, and an indecent assault on a boy.
The offences are alleged to have happened in Napier.
The historic nature of the charges is highlighted by one alleging the man attempted to "carnally know" a girl under the age of 12 in the mid-1950s.
The former offence of carnal knowledge is now known as unlawful sexual intercourse or rape, depending on a complainant's age. The man was granted interim name suppression of name and remanded on bail to appear in the court again on August 15.
A police investigation sparked by complaints at the end of 2005 saw inquiries extended overseas before the man was arrested and charged earlier this month. |
