Sorry if the answer to this is posted somewhere, I looked but couldn't find the answer...
Is it legal to have two employers on one visa? For instance, have a pt job sponsor my visa, and have the other pt job's location listed on the visa as well? Both positions would be aware of the fact that I would be working at both jobs...but is it legal? Thanks |

It's legal if immigration approves it and makes an ammendment on the back of your ARC card. |

Yes. Ask your original employer to write a letter, stating clearly that your second job is not going to affect your first job, and that they are happy for you to work this second job.
Then go with your second job employer to immi, hand over the letter and an application form for visa amendment, a contract from the second employer and some money. They will approve it on the spot. |
