Hi-

Does anyone have a link to a PDF copy of the explanation of benefits from the National Health Insurance Plan?

I know that they have an English website, but that won't suffice in this case.

I need to file a claim for service NOT covered by NHIS with my travel insurance company.

The "Benefits" link on the NHIS website is not enough, as the travel insurance company says they need an official explanation of benefits printed and mailed in document form.
