When I received my visa, I was told that I needed to get my Alien Registration Card within 90 days of my arrival in Seoul. Well, I'm here in Seoul now, but I'm not working yet, and I don't have an official place of residence because I'm staying with my relatives and it's only a temporary arrangement. Do I need to get a job and my own apartment before I can receive my ARC?
I am assuming you are on an F4 visa. You can go and get your ARC card anytime as an F4...You do not need to have any formal place of employmet as an F4...
