I have a one room near Seoul National University of Education. It's in a building called the Gold House. It is a 5 minute walk to nambu terminal, 8 minutes to Seoul National University of education and 15 minutes to Gangnam station (10 minutes to the new Hooters in Gangnam, they have good wings^^)

It in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice view of Seoul. It's about 9 pyung. And it is semi furnished. It has a washer, air conditioner, stove, refrigerator, closets, tv shelf, a chair and kitchen table. It doesn't have a bed because I prefer the floor.

Utilities come to about 15,000 a month and there is a nice roof top that I use for parties sometimes. There are 4 other foreigners living in the building, but they are quiet, university types that aren't into heavy partying- but we get together for wine every once in a while.

The apartment lease is until January 1st. And you can renew with the realtor if you want.

It is available August 25, but I can have it available August 18 if you need it.

i think i live in the same building (rookie radian) or something very similar to it. mostly student housing - and definitely not 9 pyung (that counts stuff like elevator) - more like 5 or 6. not a bad place, but definitely tiny if you have a bed and a girlfriend.

I don't know where the rookie radian place is, but I think mine bigger. It has a separate storage area that has the washer in it too.
