I have an interview Friday with a hagwon in Seoul and they told me that the interview would take at least two hours because I'll be asked to write an essay. Is this standard for in-person interviews?
I wonder what sort of essay topics I'll be given. Any advice? |

For a hagwon? Hagwon interviews are usually the least professional interviews I have ever seen.
Do you speak English? Yes. Can you come now? Yes. Good, see you Tuesday.
What hagwon is it? It is not standard for any EFL/ESL job I have ever heard of in any country. |
