I went to a dentist recently. His idea of a dental examination was not taking x-rays but merely looking inside my mouth and visually assessing my teeth, from which he concluded that I didn't have any cavities. Then, his hygienist proceeds to take all of two minutes to remove plaque and tartar from my teeth, a process which, as you all know, usually takes significantly longer. Then, they didn't even offer to clean or polish my teeth until I suggested it-----and that was an additional service and cost. Strange.

So, I'm looking for a good dentist who is comprehensive and diligent in his work. I live in Suwon, so I'd prefer to visit someone here, but a dentist closeby or in Seoul will do. Thanks.

There is an English speaking dentist in Yongtong. Sorry I don't remember the name. But he's on the 3rd or 4th floor of a building that is across the main road from HOME PLUS. You should be a ble to find it.
