Currently we are using All Aboard and English Time for our Pre-Beginners, Beginners and Beginner 2s. They are great books.

However, we are using Go For It (1, 2,,3) for our Intermediate and Advanced students and either the books are too easy, too difficult, too boring or the material is meant for older students who are at the same level.

Do know of any good textbooks for Intermediate and Advanced students for fifth and sixth graders.
