Is this the site you speak of? I can find no numbers or email address on that site. YOu can make an inquiry into the site but you need your alien registration number for that, and I turned my id card into immigration when I left.

If I could get a phone number or email address, thats what I need.

Go to the Korean site and click on "사무소 관할 및 위치안내" and a list of numbers and addresses come up for the various offices which can be changed according to the province you're interested in.

Whether the numbers actual work might be another issue...
