| I have spent $350 on Lakers tickets. That cost was for two tickets with a decent view at Staples Center. So how much is the most you have paid to watch a sporting event, concert, play, or any other entertainment venue? |

$125, if I remember correctly, for the 1995 AFC Championship game between the Steelers and Chargers in Pittsburgh.
None of us was even a fan of either team. Two friends and I were in Philadelphia enjoying a very unseasonably warm (70 degrees F) Saturday in January, and we started talking about the championship game coming the next day. Spontaneity was our middle name back then, and the warm weather was supposed to continue the next day, so on the spur of the moment we decided to drive the 6 hours to Pittsburgh that night and buy tickets from the first scalper we saw in the parking lot on Sunday. The first guy we saw sold us 3 for $125 each. They were very good seats on the 45 yard line, and the game went down to the last play. So it was worth it, I guess. It was an overalll fun time.
Even though I disliked the Steelers I was hoping they would score on that last play, just to witness the craziness that would ensue. But the pass was incomplete at the goal line, and the Chargers ended up going to the Super Bowl that year.
I wish I was still that spontaneous. Sponaneity is good. |

| I feel pretty good about the fact that the most I ever spent was $35 to see Bob Dylan. I don't like to break the $10 concert mark. But I have seen some pretty amazing shows for that price. |
