Anyone know the phone number or address for the pension office in Daegu? I want to check if my hagwon is paying into the pension fund.

And I want to switch my Canadian driver's license for a Korean one before applying for non-residency. What's the address or phone number?

Here is the Korean DLA site: http://www.dla.go.kr/english/index.jsp
I remember some things didn't work well if you weren't using IE, and when they announced the new policy on keeping US licenses they used a popup so you might want to enable those.

Somewhere on the site is a list of offices and the areas they cover.

They can answer email in English.

I got an international Driver's permit from AAA.

Doesn't Canada have a AAA type auto club?

"All AAA clubs in the US and Canada are the only legal organization to issue the IDP and IADP to holders of a valid U.S./Canadian driver license. To apply, simply print the application, fill in the information requested and bring or mail the following to a AAA office nearest you:"

Good idea.

But I already have an international license. The thing is, both it and my Canadian license will expire in September.

Since I'm applying for non-residency, I'm hoping that exchanging my license for a Korean one will hopefully improve my chances with my non-residency application. And, keep me on the road.
