Hi folks
I'm looking to start learning Korean properly and was wondering how other people have done it. I read a thread about the Korean Hogwon in Gangnam but i live in Siheung so that is quite far away.
Has anyone learnt from a book, or do you know of any Korean classes that are nearer to where i live?
I work 9-5 and can't study over the weekends.
Many thanks. |

I'm so extraordinarily busy that I've resorted to learning basic Korean in video form.
That being said, check out the Let's Learn Korean videos on Youtube. You're looking for the 1980s one, its a lot better. Has about 50 or so 10 minute long episodes that, once you master them all, will help you get over the "hump" in learning the language tremendously.
Afterwards you should be able to engage in all kinds of basic conversations plus you'll learn a lot of vocabulary. |

Here's how I do it.
What works for me may or may not work for you. |
