| Are you referring to the incident with the two idiot foreigners at Haeundae beach this afternoon? I can say Haeundae's lifeguards won't be winning any awards any time soon. |

| Stormy water, lifeguards blowing whistles to keep people out of the waves, two heads are seen bobbing in the water far out from the shore. Guys went out to body surf, I guess. Took quite a while for the lifeguards to organize, then they failed twice at making it out to the guys to bring them back in. Finally the guys came in close enough to the crowd and the lifeguards to hear the whistles and the yelling. One guy came in on his own but the other stayed out until the lifeguard brought him in. Police met them on the shore but seemed to just talk to them. |

i was just talking about in general
an incident last night we had a party and (as cops do all over the world) they came to tell us to turn the music down etc, but then they were drinking our booze and trying to get off with the girls
cops everywhere are scum, here they are generally nice and smily, but they are very free with those metal poles they have |

seconded. the impunity and authority that cops are given is, in too many cases, much greater than the responsibility or accountability they have as human beings.
and, if you're abused by a cop, try getting it punished unless you have video evidence to show the news.
