I'll try to remember where I bought them so you can get some, too. I don't remember all of the details but I'll post as much as I can so everyone can enjoy some of these delicious peaches.

An older Korean man was selling them from the back of a truck. I think his name was Adjoshee. There was an older woman there, too, and her name was Ahjuma. The truck was parked next to a Korean restaurant, and there were many Korean men drinking and smoking nearby. The truck was parked on a city block that featured a coupl of Officetels, some large apartment buildings, and some stores like convenience stores, clothing stores, and a pizza parlor. Does this ring any bells for anyone? Has anyone else seen this fruit truck, too?

Down around Jochiwon is the peach capital of Korea as far as I know. Right now is about the time they are going to be ripe and ready.

If you could remember exactly where this place was, I'd really appreciate it.

PEACHES?!?!?

Movin' to the country,
gonna eat a lot of peaches
Movin' to the country,
Gonna eat me a lot of peaches
Movin' to the country,
gonna eat a lot of peaches
Movin' to the country,
gonna eat a lot of peaches

Peaches come from a can,
they were put there by a man
In a factory downtown
If I had my little way,
I'd eat peaches every day
Sun-soakin' bulges in the shade

Take a little naps where the roots all twist
Squished a rotten peach in my fist
And dreamed about you, woman,
I poked my finger down inside
Make a little room for it to hide
Nature's candy in my hand or can or a pie

Millions of peaches, peaches for me
Millions of peaches, peaches for free

Look out!

(Presidents of the USA 1996) the year I first came to Korea!!

Hey, I bought some from him too! I think I saw you , were you the fat Korean lady who was wearing those strange white pants that went half way up your calves, grandma panty lines, (gross) brown sun visor that covered most of your face, who made a long aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrg sound, and then spit on the sidewalk in front of everyone? I should have said hi to you! It is a small world in Korea!

Was the truck blue? Was this truck near a bus stop? Were vendors selling clothes on that street? Think hard because I really need to find that truck. Laughing
