Thats a lot administration for the business. They have to get the toy, refund the money and dispose of the toy. I have a chance to China bash but i don't need too.

I looked at mattels (MAT) stock price and I didn't notice any appreciable decrease. Why? Something like that is suppose to sting.

Another nail in the coffin for China. All these safety issues are setting them back 20+ years. Good news for Korea.

An economic jaggernaut based on intellectual property theft and slave labor. It has a real bubble flavor to it.

some wishful thinking going on here. China's economy isn't going to crash.

That being said, inflation and wage increases are making China less competitive. Multi-nationals are starting to look elsewhere for cheap labor.

NPR briefed this story this morning. Its analyst reported that this represented no more than a small fraction of the company's operations and product. No biggie.
