Anyone worked at either place? What is it like to teach there? Are there many foreigners in the area? How is the area? What are the good points, bad points? Is there a nightlife, shopping? How's the food? Sorry for the myriad of questions, but I'm on my way there and I would like more info than what I read on the provinces website.
