Can anyone let me know the cheapest way of phoning the UK from within Korea.
I'm sure that I read a thread recently that stated that it's cheaper to call using a mobile rather than a landline, which seems odd.
Can anyone clarify this and maybe let me know what you're paying for your phone service.
Thanks in advance. |

Barring Skype, it's best to get an international calling card. |

Skype is best, followed by either an international calling card and a landline, or a cell phone and one of those discount access numbers. There are signs up about them in subways and the like. If you've got a contract phone, you'd get ads for them in with your bills too. |
