Does anyone know of a place at the Yongsan electronics market that will repair headphones? Just the connector on my sweet set of Bose is about to go (again).

are you talking about the headphone connector jack on the bose? i have a pair of the noise canceling qc2s and that same wire has gone out twice. however, to replace it (if its the qc2 you have, the jack comes out of the headphones) it's only $10 through Bose. if you have a different model, you might inquire through them about getting your headphones repaired. I've found Bose customer service to be quite helpful and most repairs seem to be inexpensive. PM if you need any info or if I can help. hope you get it sorted. i always hate having to switch back to my old earplug headphones

Thanks for your reply.

I'm getting reaaaaallllllyyyyyyyy fed up with Bose. They haven't responded to my email. I wish I could call them, but it's an 800 number.

Anyway, I have Triport over-ear headphones, and the connector is... well... connected to the headphones.

This is the second time the connector has gone on a pair of Triports. I've had them replaced in the past, but it cost me $80. I gave them an ultimatum: either send me a new set for free, or I'll go Sennheiser or Shure. I'm sick of my iPhone earbuds, especially in the cold weather.
