The best thing to do is to go to the larger chain stores like Lottemart and Emart and if all else fails, if you live in Seoul, go to the import grocery store in Hannam dong.

저지방 is lowfat milk, not skimmed milk.

This is skimmed milk, called 지방제로, which literally means fat zero. It is selling for 2,900 won at emart.

This is the best milk in Korea. It's processed at a low temp so it never gets that slightly sour/sweet taste. The pink one is skim. It's available at some of the bigger marts like homeplus.
