Is it possible to do a visa run to HK? If so, can anyone supply some details?
Thanks! |

It is easy, the building the Korean consulate is in, is on the metro line. It is the first or second stop on HK from the mainland.
You need to leave it over night, take some photos with you or there is a photo shop there. The nice lady even cropped out my humidity frizzed hair.
Drop it off, go get some of the best chinese food, enjoy a day shopping, go to the bar street and then pick up your visa the next day.
Cathay Pacific had a hotel/flight deal "super cities" or some such.
Easier than going to Japan, and better food. |

Hi,
No, you don't need a Chinese visa for a trip to HK. They pretty much give everyone a tourist visa on arrival. If you did want to go across the border to Shenzhen (Mainland China), you can get a 5 day tourist visa right there at the border...no photos needed. |
