I love Dutch and German accents for some reason. I suppose they sound very intelligent (those lovely stereotypes we have of German efficiency and scientific excellence). The French accent never fails to charm.

Of the English speaking world:
Love Northern English accents: Yorkshire accents and also Geordie accents. Lately, I've also picked up a taste for the West Coast American accent.

Some Eastern European men have very sexy voices too. I had to phone the Serbian embassy a few times and the guy I spoke to sounded gorgeous, could have been wrinkly with a big hairy mole but he sounded great!
