I really think they do.

It's kind of like when you are waiting for an elevator and see a Korean that has pushed the 'up' button so they can go 'down'.

They just don't like the smell of smoky places ...

There is rare a place where I have yet to see Koreans NOT smoke.

1. Inside a subway car (but I had a guy puff his last puff right into the subway car just today.

2. City Hall (I've only been twice, it doesn't count)

Ummmmmm...thats about it.
