A pharmacist might give you some if you describe your symptoms. use a condom next time.

I think you should be careful. Good luck on your trip. But, remember that some diseases, even the commonly cured ones, do have resistant strains. So, if you catch something, it's not always curable.

I meant in Thailand or Cambodia,

It's about 60B for a strip of antibiotics. Stock up on them before coming back,
