Which do you prefer? Korean or Japanese styles?
JUst to be clear, Korean style is usually on a big plate and they put the gravy-whatever sauce on the top, sometimes with a plop of mayo.
Japanese style is usually sliced, served on a metal grill, and crispier. The sauce is for dipping, and it's on the side.
Both come with chopped cabbage with 1000 island and/or ketchup on the top. |

Is this an attempt to start a Japan v. Korea thread? The answer is obvious, just read you're slightly unbalanced description of the two;)
I've had a tasty Korean-style cutlet a few times, you get what you pay for. I am partial to the panko bread crumbs though. |

Your description of both is clearly weighted in favour of the Japanese variety, which invalidates your poll. Still, I prefer the Japanese version for taste, but I prefer the Korean price. |

Don't you mean 1 island - the infamous ketchup/mayonaise mix? |

I fail to see how it's weighted. You are reading between the lines when you should be reading only the lines.
Why not just vote what you like? |

well, for one thing, donkas-eu is a Japanese food to begin with. But in Korean, they Korean-ized it. Just like alot of stuff... So of course the authentic variety is ... er... authentic. I like it better, personally, the authentic way... but to each his or her own I reckon. |

If you are from the US Midwest, pork cutlets can make a very passable tenderloin sandwich. Thicker, but passable. |

Pork cutlets are like sex: if you dislike a particular variety, you're probably a homosexual.
I mean a Jew. Sorry if I offended anyone. |

No offense taken.
There is the issue of price, too. Korean style cutlets are usually a lot cheaper. |
