I was on the subway last night and saw a woman studying English on some photocopied worksheets. I had a look over her shoulder and was surprised at what I read. Immediately I started writing it all out on my own paper. Unfortunately I didn't get much but there's enough to show how poorly made it is.
The first page was multiple choice but I didn't have time to write down all the answers.

The next page was short answer so I got the questions. She answered each one but I couldn't read her answers.
