This should scare the pants off any Korean PhD holder working in a hakwon.

However, the article's relevancy to foreigners is pretty remote. It does explain a little about the paranoia about foreigners using fake degrees to get jobs here.


But that's neither here nor there...what is here is another thread on this same topic. (RR, you are slipping badly in your old age.)
