I am looking for information on a place to have my hair colored. I have been highlighting it that last 6 mo. before that it was dark but i would like to keep it light for a bit longer... where would I go in Korea (seoul) to have my hair colored blonde without frying it or not understanding the stylist? |

You look so much better without changing it, Katey. I think you should just let it retain its natural color. |

Hey,
I just got my hair highlighted in a little hair salon near an army base.. the girl spoke passable English and it was SO cheap!! I paid $45,000 won for a cut and highlights/lowlights.. I usually pay like $140 Canadian for that! Anyways, check out places near army bases if you have those up in Seoul, I think you do. They likely have Western hair dye brands and are maybe more accustomed to dealing with white people's hair.. |
