The Mortgage Originator Success Kit - Darrin J. Seppinni

This book is a hardcover edition and, aside from some minor highlighting, is in mint condition. Priced at $39.95 USD I think 10,000 won is a steal. Buyer pays delivery fee.

I bought this book not realizing just how different the Canadian mortgage industry is from the U.S. mortgage industry, and being from Canada, I have little use for it now.

Since buying this book, I have completed about 80% of the mortgage brokerage course at the University of British Columbia, and can say with confidence that this is a great book for Americans; courses are very expensive, and had a book like this been available for Canadians, I would have really appreciated it before committing to the course I am now enrolled in.

If you're considering a career in the mortgage industry when you get back to the U.S.A., this book will give you a great foundation, so you don't have to wait until you get home to get started. Just reading this casually will make any course in your home state much easier to digest. It's written well and is very easy to understand.

When I bought this book, Amazon.com was full of great reviews. Right now I can't find the book listed at all. I wish I could say why. Here are the ISBNs. Try your luck.
