Is the minimum age for F4 visas really 22 (american age)???

21 or 22, not too sure.

I knew a guy who was 6 months short of the birthday (from a rich family), so he stuck around Seoul, mostly playing computer games at the local PC bang, for 6 months and took a few trips to Japan and re-entered. This rule probably has something to do with issues of Koreans trying to dodge their military service.

Not sure what the rule for females is.
