| When you say proper paperwork but you did not register the bike yourself, is the previous registered owner available to complete the paperwork if the new owner wants the bike to be properly registered, plated and insured? |

Fair enough..
Surprised you haven't figured out it's actually a Hyosung, not a Daelim. Keep looking at the pictures. |
