Where do i go to change my UK license to a Korean one?
What do i need to take with me?
I live near Bucheon.

Check out the authority's terms first: http://www.dla.go.kr/english/02_news/news01.jsp

In your case, it comes down to... your UK license, passport, registration card and photos.
Plus, it means "1 week prior at the same test site" by 'when you leave Korea', NOT 'when you're actually going through the immigrations at the airport.'

The nearest driving test site/license office from Bucheon is 'Seoul Gangseo Test Site', near Gimpo Airport.[/b][/url]
