I found this guy tied up with some plastic to a lamp post outside of the 7-11. I think he's full grown but I can't say for sure. He's housebroken and he hasn't been neutered. He whimpered a lil the first day I had him but is quiet and well-behaved. I already have one dog and am only keeping this guy so he doesn't end up euthanized.
