I'm thinking about selling my TV because I'm not able to take it back with me to Australia (killer shipping cost and I don't have enough money to ship it).
Until I can find a way to ship it, it'll have to be sold. Asking price is 1 million. Bought it last December, still new and is outstanding in quality and features (built-in TV tuner, PiP etc). This is a quality LCD TV.

As you were planning to take it to Australia, can I assume that it handles PAL as well as NTSC?
I've been looking and have been told that local LCD tv's only handle NTSC.
Could you supply Brand, Model No; etc.
Cheers

Yeah Australia doesn't handle NTSC, but I can just hook it up to the video player with its own tuner.
Its a 37" HD TV/monitor with all the video/audio connections required for HD playback (1080p). I'm trying to find details on the net for it. Its a Korean brand, UPlus Vision. Its not well known like LG/Samsung but the monitor is really good.
UPDATE : Think I might have found a shipping company to ship it home. Sorry for the inconvenience! |

I love it, hence the reason to take it back. It is basically a Mac LCD monitor lookalike except way more functional. 37" is just right if you want to use it everyday, though 42" would be a lot grander watching movies and stuff.
As for shipping it back, I'm not sure about taxes though I think I will be taxed by the Aussie custom (10%?). |
