I want to replace my Canon Ixus 850 IS. Its an awesome camera that takes breathtaking pictures. The problem is, its too heavy and wide for me. My camera before this one was a Casio S500 and this Canon feels like a brick compared to that one.

So, I'm looking for an ultra compact slim camera. Something along the lines of a Casio Exilim Z75, Sony T series or some other camera that has the ultra slim profile. My price range is between 300,000-400,000 won. anyone got any suggestions for me?

Digital Photo review does a good side by side comparison.

You can put any camera up against what you have.

The Casio Z75 is nice and light and well reviewed.

You lose out on the ISO rating going to the Z75.

In US dollars it goes for as low as $160 http://www.beachcamera.com

Korean Won 352,000w at http://www.dicacam.co.kr

The Z750 is priced lower.

Are you selling the Canon?

I have the canon and am surprised that you think it is heavy. It's a little heavier than my previous camera but when I keep it in the belt pouch I hardly even notice it is there. Definitely a good camera and if you decide to sell it for a fair price, I'm sure it'll go quickly as it is worth owning.

Sure am, as soon as I can find a suitable replacement. I bought it brand new here in Korea. Still have the original box/manual/charger/ables/etc...

I put on a screen protector the day I got it.

Anyone got any thoughts on a Sony or Panasonic ultraslim?

Also, that Casio is waaay cheaper in the US. Its only around $200. Should I buy it online and have them ship it to me directly?
