Anyone seen this kid yet?
The long, long elevators. Saw a woman in a mini-skirt, and this young (approximately) 15-year-old Korean kid came out of nowhere and got right behind her on the escalator - about a step away. No one else was anywhere around, and I was about 15-20 steps down the escalator.
I looked upwards and it looked like the kid was reaching under her skirt! Then I noticed he had a cellphone taking pictures under the skirt! She must have heard or something, and turned around looking at him. But she was too embarrassed to say or do anything, but had a total lost of dignity on her face.
The boy came off the escalator and skirmished off somewhere. When I got to the top, I kind of lingered around a bit...got sight of the kid and he quickly went back down the escalator again (probably looking for another).
Curious if he's a regular on those escalators...anyone else notice anything like that before? |

There was the guy arrested several months ago in Dongdaemoon who was ddung chimming women on the stairs. He claimed they wouldn't like him anyway so he may as well stick his finger up their corn holes.
I think there are fewer public perverts in Korea than Japan. My gf went to visit her sister in Japan. She went swimming and left her bikini on the 2nd floor balcony to dry. Someone climbed up in the night and stole it.
Check for him again and have your camera ready. Take his photo. |

I have had so many pervy guys staring up my skirt, if that counts...
When you go up those travellator things a guy can catch a glimpse if the angle's right 
They do it in a really calm, non-chalant way, like they're checking out pastries in a window or something
I don't know if Korean girls have shorter legs or smaller bums or what, but every skirt I've bought in Korea is always that crucial centimetre or two too short... |

Japan definitely has more public perverts. There are some subway cars in Japan that are women only because so many women are getting rubbed up on. Public groping is called chikan.
And hell, you can buy used panties out of a vending machine. Sexual weirdness is definitely out in the open in Japan. |

Two weirdest sights I saw:
1) woman on the subway, wearing a very short skirt. It was fall and she was wearing nude colored nylons. However, she failed to notice the crotch on her pantyhose hung lower than the skirt. Uhhhh. Not sure if that was erotic or not.
2) woman wearing a very nice cotton dress that also happened to be rather see through. She was wearing very brilliant white cotton panties. Nothing was left to the imagination.
What confuses me in both these cases is Korean women (and men as their equal) can't go 3 steps without stopping at a mirror. And there are plenty enough of them. How could either of these women fail to notice? |

I think by having a woman only car, it's more an admission that there is a problem.
I think Korea could use a woman's only car. I have seen some disgusting displays of perverted thinking here. And not just once.

Are you sure that the person was actually a she? Maybe that thing you saw was something we could refer as "a package?"
Can you really blame men who take a look at what is on open display? I think it is in our genes to see what's out there. Especially if the lady is good looking, fit and physically attractive. I don't know about other men, but I find it almost impossible not to take a peek. Naturally I don't stare at "it," what ever that might be, nor do I flip out a camera so that I can record "it" to the future generations. If taking a glance at the goodies makes me a pervert, so be it! |

I really try to be a gentleman in those situations, but as a male I just can't help it.
It's like cleavage, you know you're not supposed to stare but sometimes you just become mesmorized. Or when a girl bends over to pick something up, I often find myself looking without even thinking about it.
It has to be in our genes. |
