I bought sheets at Muji in Japan. (There's a Muji in the Lotte department store in Myon-dong) and the size was 'SD" (semi double) . I have one of those standard Korean single beds that is too big to fit my NZ sheets. The Muji ones fit well. They have a few different fabrics, in in Winter may run a flannel line.

I bought a Queen size flat sheet at home and it fits my Queen size Korean bed. However, flat sheets don't have to be as specific as a fitted. When in doubt, you oculd buy flat Kings and just tuck them into to use instead ofa fitted.

My Dorm manager told me that the bed was King Size, but it wasn't the same king size we have. Actually, it is a good size for me, little taller and not quite as wide as king.
Anyway, the point is, "king" here in Korea just means big and other sizes are probably rough approximations also. They don't seem to have the same concept that a size corresponds to exact measurements. If you can check the exact measurements before buying sheets, could save some headache.

I measured my bed with a tape measure and it did not match the sizes sold by Wal-Mart. Having a flat sheet that is to big is not a problem, but it is difficult to buy only flat sheets. Many years ago I worked in a nursing home where we had only flat sheets. I know how to do hospital corners.

I don't think a fitted sheet that is a little wide would be a problem even if it looks funny.
