Does anyone know where in central Seoul (or Ilsan) that I can use my Visa card by signing for some cash?
I've heard that you can do this with Visa cards and I don't know my PIN!

at a bank.
be warned though that some korean banks are not aware that this is possible - last time i did it they looked at me like i was crazy and told me to use the cash machines. The second place had to make a bunch of calls to figure out how to do it, but eventually they sorted it out. |

| I've done this no problem a few times in Wooribank (Jamsil). They were very nice and it only took 10mins. |
