Right. In Ibiza. Check.

How about the rest of the house/party scene? Where have you been that was the shiat?

My vote goes to Bed in Bangkok, strictly based on the live percussion act and wierd performances.

Vacation is coming, so I need to get a fix.

Club Niceto, Palermo, Buenos Aires - Argentina,

About 3 quid (12 pesos) to get in

25 bouncers at the door but they are very nice and polite, 'welcome sir, please come in this way'

Safe, no bother, friendly bar staff. Outside loads of pizza and empanada places to get some scoff.

Loads of these sofas all around the dancefloor, loads of nice looking women. Funny story, I was hanging round these pretty women and they kept glancing over in my direction and I thought I was in there but next to me was this extremley (and I'm not gay, but he was) pretty young Argentinian man who was eyeing me up.

It pissed off the girls bigtime because it was he who they were after, but they didn't score, I didn't score and pretty boy didn't score. A shyte night for copping off but the establishment
10/10!

Interesting. I'm from Ottawa, but never been to that place, but I had some awesome times at Sona, and Jello.

Sona was intoxicating. Main foyer was lined with dudes with these caps that had red flashing lights. They were the pushers.
The main room was nice and big. A thousand people maybe? Full sound, and wall to wall with hot french canadian hoohoo.
Ah, those were the days.

Montreal's Club 737 was pretty nice in the summer. For a kid from small town USA who'd never been in a similar club in North America it was an eye-opener.

Don't know if you'd call Beachcomber on Boracay a club but you sure can call it a good time. Now that was back in 96 when the island hadn't been overrun. Now, who knows?

Honestly, the old Hodge Podge in Hongdae. I think it is called Ha La Podg E or something now. Chul runs the joint. Great guy. My girl and I went there every weekend for a couple years. Dingy, fun music, great vibe of unpretentious and happy people. I miss it!

Other than that, I'm a redneck at heart. I like Cowboys in Calgary for a good beer chuggin night of bullridin (or was that Wranchmans..??) and hockey talk.

Ministry of Sound in Singapore is my new hangout. It is OK. 4 major rooms, nice looking crowd. It has the chill Singapore youth vibe but very little machismo.

I went to a small place near NYU...Bloor Bar, Bower Bar..Can't remember. Great place. Also, Sushi Samba after midnight is always a great time.

Lastly, I spent Xmas eve this year in Siam Reap in Cambodia. Went to a nightclub there. Great place, lots of fun people and cool vibe. I'd like to go back.
