...just checking to see if the school insurance will cover prescriptions?
and, are most Western prescriptions readily available?
because even some generics in the US can run $300 a month...how relative are the prices to Western prices?? |

Your prescriptions will be covered up to the amount specified in your policy...Normally for the Nat'l insurance there is a co-pay on all prescriptions...They do not give full month prescriptions here except in special situations...I had a friend who's wife needed a $400 a month prescription here, and his out of pocket was only about $75 for the prescription...It was out of pocket, but he said it was much cheaper than what he would have paid in the USA...I am not sure, but I think there is an English version of the Nat'l health insurance benefits somewhere...Someone mentioned it before, but I can't remember where I put the information for the link... |
