Yes, no kidding -- seen #3 on more than one occasion. One of my former students went to the USA, and the boyfriend gave her that in hopes that she would not forget about him for someone else.
Oh, and if you're making some serious coin, you could opt for:
4. Yeoksam officetell fully paid-for by you. That way, she can be close to all of the proper room-salons, and pay for 70,000 won hairdos and nails three times a week while she makes tons of money trying to steal the rich, married ajosshi of her dreams from his wife and kids.
