Okay. I'm here. Yesterday I asked my boss about my insurance. He said, "Someone will come to talk with you about that."
I said, "When?"
He said, "ASAP" (his favorite expression about when something might get done)

Now WHAT? Someone will come talk to me about it? What the bleep does that mean? Certainly if he were paying into the national health insurance plan, nobody would be coming to talk to me about it, right? When I was here before, my boss just took care of everything and I had my card within a couple of weeks.

What should I say to him today? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are you in a public school or a hakwon?

If you are in a hakwon you can expect that you will NOT get NHIC insurance and pension without filing formal complaints with the respective organizations.

You're not going to get the national plans without a fight. Good luck to you.
