Anyone know of some top-end restaurants with a nice view? I'd prefer a restaurant specializing in western cuisine.

Sky restaurant near Omokyo station is on the 40th floor. I am pretty sure it is mostly western food.
There is also a really nice restaurant in Hong Kong that is on like the 70th floor. |

| DLI 63 Bldg. in Yeoido and The Sky View, Mok-dong in the Hyundai 41 Bldg next to Hyundai Dept Store. Great views, expensive. |
