I was trying to explain to some students on Friday that americans don't just eat junk food all day, but i couldn't think of any american foods that weren't junk food
so what is it? what do healthy americans eat? |

coarsely ground hominy, boiled and sometimes then fried, eaten as a breakfast dish or as a side dish with meats... tastes great and are real good fo'ya... |

1. Anything greasy and/or meaty
plus:
2. Anything served in gigantic, oversize portions. |
