I hope someone can help this injured runner.
Recently got a painful calf tear. Been trying to get back running on it but each time it just gives out again after 20 min. So looks like I have to layoff for a long while (8 weeks).
Does anyone know how I can get my hands on a basic piggy back style wind trainer here in Korea? Help much appreciated. Just something I can hook onto my beater or a bike and pedal indoors with...

If I was back home, I'd ship mine to you. It's just collecting dust where it is. |
