I noticed on my power bill this month that www.missingchild.or.kr is at the top with a kids face.

How many kids go missing in Korea. I looked at the website and it appears to be a lot of younger ones not run away teens.

Who takes them? Is it parents separating and running away from each other or something more sinister?

Also, what is that thing that's on overnight on some of the Korean TV channels where they show really old photos of babies and children to the accompaniment of sad music?

Never seen that.

The vast majority of the photos on that website are babies and toddlers. Some dating quite a while back.
