Hey gang!
Can anyone direct me where to buy American Express
Traveller's Cheques in US dollars or Euro's in Seoul?
Is the location a bank, or an office?
Is it near a subway stop?
Help!

Just get an international cash debit atm card with a visa, or cirrus / maestro logo. Atms's are everywhere overseas (excluding Antarctica), & the rates are better (No 3% commission, unless you get a CREDIT card). Travellers Cheques are so obsolete. |

Unless you can't get an international ATM card which most banks won't give to foreigners b/c they feel it's illegal to do so.
Traveler's Cheques are great. You can get them at just about any bank as long as it's a semi-main branch. The small "corner shop" banks with only a teller or two might not have them.

You won't get an atm card, until the bank sees your ARC. |
