Does anyone have this banking thing figured out? I would like to bank outside the U.S., have an ATM card that I don't have to worry about for travel, and be able to transfer money to/from an account without problems. Any suggestions? |

Go to a Standard Chartered bank and see if they will give you the intl. ATM card.
That's what I've been reading. |

Nothing is difinitive in Korea except for kimchi and soju.
The faster you learn that, the happier you'll be. |
