Does anyone have this banking thing figured out? I would like to bank outside the U.S., have an ATM card that I don't have to worry about for travel, and be able to transfer money to/from an account without problems. Any suggestions?

Go to a Standard Chartered bank and see if they will give you the intl. ATM card.

That's what I've been reading.

Nothing is difinitive in Korea except for kimchi and soju.

The faster you learn that, the happier you'll be.
