| Just curious if there are any changes to the way networks operate on Chuseok. I haven't been able to get a single message through to Korea since it become "Sunday". They just stop at the remote network before reaching the receiver. This is kind of irritating. Is it a bit of congestion or is there somekind of scheme going on because it's Chuseok? |
