Some folks from our hagweon in Anyang found a taekweondo instructor who was willing to teach foreigners. Now, several of those folks have returned to Canada, and we need some fresh blood (as it were).
The class is specifically designed to qualify students to test for their first degree black belt in a year. I did that just recently. To do that, a lot of the "fluff" and "extras" that typically attend martial arts classes are eliminated.
Currently, there are two classes:
1. Mon and Wed from 8:30 - 9:30 PM.
2. Mon and Wed from 11 AM - 12 PM. (Note that this class time may change because the instructor's availability has changed.)
The classes are located a couple of blocks west of hagweonga (the central area of Anyang where hagwons congregate).
Tuition's not cheap (100,000 won per month), but if we get lots of students, we can either increase the number of classes per week or reduce the price.
